MODEL V Printer Remote Setup & Training Service
What is this service:
By using this service, you are agreed to let an engineer to remotely login your computer via TeamViewer. The engineer will install all necessary software on your computer and apply the correct settings on the software and your computer operating system. The engineer may also call you via TeamViewer or telephone to guide you through the setup. The engineer may also show you how to calibration the printer and how use the software to start and printing job depends on the service you have selected.
Currently, only Windows 10 is supported for customers without using a Wi-Fi BOX.
Instructions:
Please go to https://www.xayav.com/appointment to schedule a remote printer setup appointment after the order has been delivered. All appointments have to be made between 10 am - 10 pm Monday to Friday EST. Normally the session will last about 30 minutes. Make sure you have done the following preparations before the appointment otherwise the appointment may need to be re-scheduled.
For MODEL V 3D Printers, you should do the following preparations:
1.Get the printer unboxed and ready to use (if applicable).
2.Get your PC connected to the Internet and ready to use. Your Internet connection bandwidth should be 250 kbps or higher.
3.Download and install the latest TeamViewer here: https://www.teamviewer.us/downloads/
4.We need at least one personal to assist the setup. We will also show how to use the printer, how to use the software and how to add supports during this session.

For the Wi-Fi BOX (if applicable), you should do the following preparations:
1.Get the Wi-Fi BOX unboxed and ready to use.
2.Get your PC connected to the local network (Internet access).
3.Connect the WiFi BOX with Ethernet cable into your local network
4.We need at least one personal to assist the setup. We will also show how to use the printer, how to use the software and how to add supports during this session.
