Use original MODEL V Package to prevent damage during shipping. Securely fasten the resin vat and the damaged platform or the platform block. If the building plate has separated from the platform block, pack the damaged building plate and Securely tape it on the black foam came with the printer package.
If your MODEL V is still under warranty, contact customer service for a free-of-charge service option.
